The minimum stake for a given wager is determined by the product and may vary. Wagers may be void or rejected in cases of technical error, fraud, or if the wager contravenes the applicable rules. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except as specifically provided by this Agreement.
Winnings are credited to your Account in real time or upon settlement. Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and ownership of payment methods, and may require submission of documents such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, and recent payment statements. GAMESPH may charge administrative fees or decline withdrawals in accordance with applicable law and its internal policies. In such cases, any remaining balance may be withheld, forfeited, or returned in accordance with internal policies and applicable law. You may have the right to appeal the decision in writing.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GAMESPH is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site and this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the seat of GAMESPH's principal place of business, in accordance with its arbitration rules. If arbitration is not available or applicable, disputes may be brought in the competent courts located at the place of incorporation.
Severability, waiver, and independent rights and obligations shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Communications regarding this Agreement may be sent to you via the contact details associated with your Account. The headings used herein are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
