GAMESPH Cashback is a daily rebate that helps soften the edges of a tough session. If your activity on eligible casino games ends in a net loss for the day, you’ll receive a percentage back as cashback. It’s automatic, easy to understand, and designed to keep your gameplay going with less risk of big losses.
Rates, Eligibility, and How We Calculate It

Cashback rate: 5% of the day’s net losses on eligible casino activity, with a daily cap of 2,000 per player.

Eligible activity: real-money wagers on the GAMESPH casino catalog, including slots and table games. Some sections (such as sportsbook, certain live bets, or restricted games) are not eligible for cashback.

Net losses: if your daily results end negative, cashback is based on that net loss. If you finish the day in profit, no cashback is earned for that day.

Turnover for cashing out: to withdraw cashback winnings, you must meet a turnover requirement of 4x the cashback amount within 30 days of the cashback being credited.
Example: If you lose £100 in a day on eligible games, you earn 5% cashback ≈ £5. The £5 will be available for withdrawal once you’ve met a £20 turnover (4 x £5) within 30 days. If you don’t reach the turnover target in time, the cashback and any related winnings may become unavailable.
Claiming, Timing, and What to Do Next

Automatic credit: Cashback is applied automatically to eligible accounts when the day ends and your activity qualifies. You don’t need to opt in or perform additional steps.

When you’ll see it: cashback is posted to your wallet after the end of each qualifying day, and is clearly labeled under the Cashback section for your reference.

Withdrawals: once turnover is met, you can withdraw cashback and any winnings derived from it according to our standard withdrawal rules.

Rules, Limits, and Important Exclusions

One cashback per calendar day per account; if you have multiple registered accounts, activity will be consolidated by the system.

Maximum cashback per day is capped at 2,000; there is a monthly ceiling based on your activity and balance, which we’ll display in your account header if applicable.

Turnover deadline: you have 30 days from the cashback credit date to complete the required 4x turnover to unlock withdrawal rights.

Excluded and restricted: some games and bet types may be excluded from cashback eligibility. Bonus promotions and free bets are not counted toward turnover for cashback calculations.
