These Betting Rules govern the use of the GAMESPH sportsbook and the placing, settlement and administration of Bets by End Users on the Platform. By placing a Bet, the End User agrees to be bound by these Rules as they apply at the time of the Bet and acknowledges compliance with applicable laws. GAMESPH reserves the right to amend these Rules and to apply changes to new and existing Bets in accordance with the terms set out herein.
Only individuals who have attained the age of majority under applicable law and who are otherwise legally permitted to wager may place Bets on the Platform. GAMESPH reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of: underage participation, involvement by persons related to or affiliated with other betting operators, attempts to bypass betting limits, or any conduct that compromises betting integrity. Access to the Platform may be restricted by jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
Final odds for winnings on all listed Bet types are determined by GAMESPH, taking into account the specific mechanisms for handicap, totals and other outcomes, event postponements, or rescheduling. Where applicable, odds may reflect penalties, delays, or transfers of events. GAMESPH will not be liable for obvious errors in displayed data, including odds, participant lists, or event start times. If a settlement error occurs due to technical issues, incorrect event results, or similar factors, Bets may be re-settled in accordance with these Rules.
Where a Bet includes more than one selection, the payout is calculated as the Stake multiplied by the product of the Odds for each selection, unless a different calculation is specified for a particular Bet Type. Decimal odds greater than two decimal places will be rounded to two decimal places for payout purposes.
The Platform supports standard and combinational Bet types. Each Bet type is described below with settlement rules. A Bet is considered won only if all required selections are correct unless the Bet Type explicitly provides otherwise.
Special notes on combinations: if any included Event in a Multi or System Bet violates the terms or references the same match in a prohibited manner, the Bet may be refunded. If a Bet includes a Market with a locator error or an invalid selection, settlement may be adjusted or the Bet voided in accordance with these Rules.
GAMESPH may offer Bonus Funds as part of promotions. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to active wagering terms and conditions. Two balances may exist: a Real Balance and a Bonus Balance. Real Balance is used first for Bets; winnings from Bonus Funds are typically credited to the Bonus Balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. While a Bonus is active, it is generally prohibited to place Bets on multiple outcomes within the same Market within a single Event. Violations may result in cancellation of Bet Settlement and/or removal of Bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential account restrictions.
Additional rules include: if a Bet is placed from a deactivated Bonus Balance prior to settlement, the Bet may be voided. Users may opt to bet solely with Real Balance. The actual balance is visible on the Platform and may be reviewed at any time.
Cash Out is an offer issued by GAMESPH to close a Bet before settlement under revised conditions. The End User may accept or reject the offer. Cash Out terms may include altered odds, event calculation times or other conditions. Cash Out offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Cash Out may apply to both Prematch and Live Bets where available.
Bet Builder enables the placement of multiple Markets within a single Event or across Markets that are linked by a common Event. All Markets included must be predicted correctly for a Win. The Bet Builder feature may not be available for all Sports or Markets and is subject to change or removal at GAMESPH's sole discretion. If any component Bet Builder selection is void, the remaining selections may stand under the rules for non Builder Bets, or may be voided in accordance with the Betting Rules regarding void Bets.
Early Payout is a feature that may settle a Bet as a winner before the usual final result if a predefined condition is met in the selected Event and Market. The availability and terms of Early Payout are at GAMESPH's sole discretion and may vary by Event and Market. Bets with Early Payout may be included in Combos or Systems, with only the components meeting the Early Payout condition settled early. Markets marked with an Early Payout tag will reflect the specific settlement conditions in the tooltip or the My Bets area.
GAMESPH will strive to settle Bets accurately. In the event of discrepancies, Bets may be re-settled if supported by the underlying data or official results. If a Bet is settled in error due to a technical fault or an incorrect result, the Platform reserves the right to adjust or reverse the settlement in accordance with these Rules. Bets placed on events with incorrect data may be voided. Any challenge to a settlement must be raised within the dispute window specified in Section 4.
Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules, and Sport Rules take precedence over General Rules. In the absence of Market Rules or Sport Rules, the General Rules apply. GAMESPH uses reliable data sources for outcome determination and may disclose data sources upon reasonable request. Automated or systematically generated betting activity is prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure. The Platform may apply jurisdictional limits and restrict or block access where required by law or where betting integrity is at risk.
GAMESPH reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time without prior notice. Modifications apply to new Bets and, at the operator’s discretion, may affect existing Bets in a manner consistent with the updated terms. The governing law applicable to these Rules and any disputes arising from Bets shall be that governing law of the operator’s licensed jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law. By continuing to use the Platform, End Users acknowledge and accept any updated Rules.
